Exchange Policy


At WSB Community, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with an exchange.


Please note the following terms for exchanges:


1. Initiating an Exchange:

Customers must initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wsbcommunitycontact@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

2. Exchange Process:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will schedule a delivery executive to pick up the product from your provided address.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Processing Time:

After we receive the product, we will process the exchange within 4-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the exchange has been processed.

4. No Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for products that meet our exchange criteria.


Important Notes:


Exchanges will only be processed if the product is returned in its original condition, without any damage or wear.

WSB Community reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange criteria.
