Exchange Policy
At WSB Community, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with an exchange.
Please note the following terms for exchanges:
1. Initiating an Exchange:
• Customers must initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wsbcommunitycontact@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
2. Exchange Process:
• Once your exchange request is approved, we will schedule a delivery executive to pick up the product from your provided address.
• Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Processing Time:
• After we receive the product, we will process the exchange within 4-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the exchange has been processed.
4. No Refund Policy:
• Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for products that meet our exchange criteria.
Important Notes:
• Exchanges will only be processed if the product is returned in its original condition, without any damage or wear.
• WSB Community reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange criteria.
